We often receive phone calls asking what the process is for purchasing security doors or screens. We will go through the very easy process here in case you’re interested.
You will either call or email us and we will organise a time that suites you for us to come to your house or business. We will bring samples of our products and brochures of all our available stock and supplied colours for you to choose from. We will then measure up your entrances and will quickly get back to you with a written quote (or a verbal quote over the phone if you wish).
If you decide you would like to go ahead with the quote we will begin to make you product. All our doors and screens are custom made to your measurements and are usually ready within a week. Once the job is ready for fitting our lovely secretary, Judie, will call and organise a time and date for us to come and install.
After you have inspected your completed job and are happy, you can pay us by several easy options: direct deposit, cheque, credit card, or cash.
